Because of the lack of inventory, it can take a little while to find “the one”, but in the case of this lovely family- it was “one and done”!
Kyle and Anne had been living in a rental in St Johns for quite awhile, and as their family grew, they realized they wanted to put down roots in an established and vibrant neighborhood.
The first time we pulled up to this home in Woodstock, we knew it was the unicorn home- newer construction for easy maintenance and open floorplan- but also on a large lot and really convenient to shops and parks.
The home was in excellent condition, had nice finishes and gave them plenty of space for the kids as they grow.
After negotiation on some minor repairs, the rest of the process was smooth sailing.
I look forward to seeing how they can make this house a home 🙂
