Lovely couple Jeff and Veronica were referred to me by a super nice WA agent, Jake. And as it turns out, Jake’s mother is a lender with CMG Financial, who I work with pretty frequently!
Jeff and Veronica were anxious to relocate to the Oregon coast - having lived in Phoenix for a long time and ready to get out of the heat. They had been coming up to Oregon for many years and love the cooler weather, the small town vibe and the pace.
They fell in love with Lincoln City so that’s where we started our tour.
We saw a few homes before landing on THE ONE. Newer construction, one-level, beautiful views, and close to the beach.
Home flew through inspections - it was so well-maintained and well-loved.
Jeff came up today to get the keys with Veronica soon to follow. Thrilled to have such lovely people as official Oregonians!
